Face-up cutting machine with inspection.
The heavy duty construction is designed for many years of dependable service and all component parts are of the highest quality. Dimensions are 16' long, 8' wide, and 4' tall. Power requirements are 110 volt AC on a 20 amp breaker (customer to provide hard-wired electrical service to machine).

Face Up Rolling which allows the vinyl to go through the machine face up for inspection.
5' Inspection Area for inspecting vinyl.
Variable Speed Drives which allow slow to fast rolling for inspection, instead of one set speed.
Mechanically Assisted Roll-Up which allows the vinyl to be re-rolled by moving a hand lever to start the roll-up process.
Dual Preset Digital Counter allows the machine to slow down and stop precisely at a predetermined measurement (in feet and hundredths).
Full Length Foot Cables on both sides for wrapping and taping rolls.
Power Cutter Clamp which allows the clamp to be lowered with a switch.
Polyurethane Enamel Finish - spectro blue is our standard color, but other colors are available at no extra charge.
Optional Equipment
1 - Power Dumps for the load and re-roll sides of the machine allow rolls to be discharged off the machine simply by turning a switch. This is highly recommended for use with any type of accumulation table.
2 - Casters with brakes which allow the machine to be moved easily.
3, 4 - Manual and Power Spiral Wrapper Attachment for up to 36" wide stretch film, which travels along the Re-roll side of the machine.
5 - Paper Dispenser which bolts to the end of the machine and accommodates 36" wide paper.
6 - Two-Tier 7' Power Load Table to automatically feed stock rolls on the machine.
7 - Two-Tier Gravity Load Table for manually loading stock rolls on the machine. Available in 5', 6' or 7' widths.
8 - Cut Roll Accumulator for accumulating cut rolls from the machine with storage on top for cores. Available in 5', 6' or 7' widths.
